Ubuntu: At last, a decent screen and graphics management !

There is one great advantage of running a development version of Ubuntu, you can see the new features as they are introduced.

For about a week or two I had the update notify icon flashing, but I let updates piling up because I have to recompile my graphic drivers most of the time. So I waited a bit before doing this update and I'm quite surprised that I haven't really heard about that new features in tech blogs.

Introducing the long awaited decent screen configuration panel (drum roll):

No you are not dreaming, dual display support with per screen configurations !

It miserably failed to detect my custom XORG configurations, but it's such a good news that I can't output any hanger right now. Plus if that feature work out of the box, next time I'll install Ubuntu I won't have to alter my XORG configurations manually.. hopefully.

Yes ! even my graphic card was found and if it wasn't the case..

I could select another from a nice list :)

Things like that makes me like Ubuntu every day a bit more.
